New Bookies Come But When To Promote Them

AdminOnline Betting Affiliate Programs

Looks like online betting is truly one of the most lucrative online businesses or else there wouldn’t be so many new online sportsbooks popping out every few months.

Some are upgrading from offering at first just poker or casino to add also sportsbook like in case of Titan brand that is currently in beta phase with their sportsbook Titanbet.

And some offered first sportsbook and then added poker and as last addition also casino like is case with asian bookies.

Let’s focus on the title of this post – when to promote new bookies if promoting at all.

First and maybe only rule you need to stick to is – if you gonna like this bookie as a bettor then you gonna love it also as an affiliate since clients will join and will also continue to bet there for the long run.

What will turn you off as a bettor will probably turn off also clients you gonna bring as an affiliate to such new bookie.

Usually new bookies focus way to much on massive deposit bonuses but ignoring what counts the most in the long run which is superb odds, good wagering limits, great customer support and most important fast payouts.

Enough to remember fiasco with Jetbull that witheld paying their clients for more then 4 months or Winunited that simply renamed it’s brand to Uwin and deleted their entire affiliate program but kept all referred clients in their database.

Really dirty tricks played on account of affiliates that brought them profitable clients – profitable only for bookies they promoted. Affiliates in just these 2 cases got royally screwed.

And this is one of the main reasons I recommend you to stick with promoting verified and trustful bookies that are in business for few years and are highly rated by trustful review sites or betting forums.

Globetsport With New Website And Affiliate Software

AdminOnline Betting Affiliate Programs

Looks like this bookie like to change their outlook but they made now basic mistake of not having a workable email on which affiliate can communicate with them.

On their affiliate site they have contact email affiliates@globetsport.com but when potential affiliate wants to ask any question he gets error mail that email couldn’t be delivered.

This could count as a good warning to affiliates when deciding to promote certain bookie or not.

Just write email to any bookie’s affiliate department to see how fast they reply – or in case of Globetsport you don’t get a reply simply cause their email is not working.

Pinnacle Sports: Important Commission Payment Changes

AdminOnline Betting Affiliate Programs

Pinnacle Sports will no longer hold 50% of your commission payments and full settle will no longer take place only twice per year.

Instead, you may log directly into your Affiliate commission account and, anytime the balance is positive, process a transfer to your personal Pinnacle Sports account.

Quick and important note: you can’t withdraw commission from let say yesterday already the following day but they put your commission to your account every Monday – which is still superb.

BlueSquare Switched To NetRefer And Offer 35% Affiliate Commission

AdminOnline Betting Affiliate Programs

BlueSquare or shorter BlueSQ made a successful switch on May 1st 2009 to a new affiliate software provider  NetRefer and decided to increase affiliate commission to an above industry average of 35% – no matter the net revenue’s size that affiliate’s referrals make in 1 month.

Such step is something few other bookies also made when switching affiliate software providers.

Lately more and more online bookies decide to switch their entire affiliate offer of promoting branded online sportsbook, online casino, online poker, online bingo and online games to NetRefer.

If taken in consideration BlueSquare’s reputation and now switching their affiliate program to a top notch industry software provider, I’m giving a thumb up for trying their affiliate program.

How To Know If Your Affiliate Partner Is Fair

AdminOnline Betting Affiliate Programs

This is a question I’m asking myself every now and then.

You probably know that with so many new online bookies popping out you never know which one will actually pay commission when it’s time.

Bookies have many tricks up their sleeves to delay or even decline paying affiliates.

Either they say that they spotted uncommon betting activity by your referred clients or that you didn’t referred enough clients even if nowhere in their terms say anything about minimum clients needed before paying commission.

Yes, my dear fellow affiliates – sometimes I think we do all promotions and bringing new clients and profits to bookies for free.

This is why sticking with verified bookies that are long time in business and have proven record to play fair with bettors and affiliates, is still A must.

Sometimes new bookie offer affiliates 50% commission when opening their affiliate program but this doesn’t mean we have to jump on board and risk our credibility to tell our visitors or newsletter subscribers to join such new bookie.

Better to test new bookie on their own as a bettor and see how they’ll treat you when you want to withdraw money and how fast they reply to your emails.

Usually if you wouldn’t bet with them then as an affiliate you also won’t make any real money since bookie is turning clients away so all your effort is in vain.

Sunderlands Adds New Clause But Doesn’t Notify Affiliates

AdminOnline Betting Affiliate Programs

Sunderlands affiliate program added new clause under point 6.4 of their Terms And Conditions which says that affiliate must bring now 5 active clients before they will payout commission.

Before they had no rule about the minimum number of clients needed.

Of course they didn’t bother to send their affiliates this information but they are very busy with sending emails with new promotions to affiliates to bring new clients almost every day.

Really weird way to motivate affiliates but don’t notify them that they will not pay them commission if they don’t send them 5 active clients.

Here is another proof that online bookies will use every measures and new tactics to delay paying affiliates their commission or not pay them at all.

Sad truth but in the long term such decisions will only harm online bookies since competition is extreme and affiliates are bringing them profits without any cost to bookies.

Looks like sharing profits with affiliates is to much for some greedy online bookies.

Sportingbet Lowers Affiliate Commission To 15%

AdminOnline Betting Affiliate Programs

Sportingbet decided to go one step further compared to other online bookies in area of offering an affiliate program.

They decided to lower their one of the lowest affiliate commission payment in entire online betting industry (of measely 20%) to now really lowest affiliate commission online to pathetic 15%.

BUT not for all affiliates but only selected ones have commission lowered to 15% (that looks like don’t bring them enough profit), when Sportingbet is so “generous” to pay them in return 20% of profit that affiliate create for them for FREE.

Sportingbet really is No.1 in online betting terms of being the biggest online bookie and also the No.1 in lowest paid commission to their affiliates.

Really rotten way to thank their affiliate for bringing them to being biggest online.

If you’re new affiliate then don’t bother even signing up for Sportingbet affiliate program and waiting when they will lower your commission from 20% to 15%. Not to mention that clients that you’ll refer will have their limits lowered in less then 5 days if they bet more then $300 on a regular basis and win few bets.

Better to go for asian books and their affiliate programs that pays up to 40% and don’t limit your referrals.
